Chef Justin is the 2012 runner-up on Season 10 of the Fox Network culinary reality competition “HELL’S KITCHEN”, headlined a cooking demonstration at the first annual Feast of San Gennaro at the Jersey Shore in Belmar, NJ on September 8, 2012. During his presentation, Chef Justin used products from Gunter Wilhelm including its knives and its new line of non-stick stainless steel cookware. Using Gunter Wilhelm’s cookware he made his family’s recipe for Linguini in Clam Sauce.
