Dinner/In-Home Cooking Experience and Catering Terms and Conditions
All prices are subject to change without notice. (Except for events for which a contract has been executed).

All Chef Justin Dinner Experience and catering is to be conducted in a private home, no exceptions.

The final menu and guest count is due seven (7) days prior to the contracted event date.

Notification of all food allergies and other conditions for each event guest must be disclosed at time of dinner party booking.

Call to schedule availability. Travel Expenses are not included.

A 18% service charge shall be added to all dinner party of which service is required. (Gratuity)

New Jersey State Sales Tax shall be added where applicable. (Tax-exempt clients must provide blanket certificate prior to event date).

The Final Balance is due in advance via cookingwithjustin.com. Payment for service via a third party, PayPal. We cannot accept any responsibility for any difficulties you may or may not incur with the systems of such third parties.

Final Method of Payment must be by Cash, or Cashiers Check for additional charges.

Beverages are not included.

Commercial use of photos, video and other media from the private dinner party or catering is prohibited.

Client must be responsible for all changes made to dinner and catering packages in writing on the final Invoice.
Cancellations must be made in writing 72-hours prior to the scheduled dinner or the final balance will be forfeited by the customers.

Overtime-Service hours shall be applied when dinner exceeds contracted “End” time.

All finalizations and logistics for scheduled dinner experience or package shall be arranged and finalized 7 days prior to scheduled event date.

We do not consider a booking acceptable if there is no working kitchen with access available to chef and/or staff.

If, in the event of a flood, snow or other interruptions in access to your home, we rely on you letting us know in advance, giving a reasonable notification of postponement.
