Chef Justin offers an exquisite four course culinary experience for dinner parties and special occasions for a minimum of two guests. He will develop a menu to suit your event and taste, arrive for your event with all of the details you discussed in order and personally introduce each course to round out the experience.

Now after watching Chef Justin on season 10 of the FOX Network’s Hell’s Kitchen (HK) you can have your own culinary experience in the privacy of your home with Chef Justin at the helm. Enjoy a special menu customized especially for your occasion to make your very own Chef Justin Antiorio Experience.

The HK Culinary Experience
From the small screen to your dining room, Chef Justin will prepare a menu of dishes presented during season 10 of the hit television show HELL’S KITCHEN.  Here is a sample of menu options:

First Course
Fall harvest salad with candied walnuts, roasted beets, and caramelized sweet potato with a maple balsamic dressing

Second Course
Ecuadorean shrimp ceviche with plantain chips or
Pretzel crusted crab cake with mustard seed emulsion

Third Course
Seared filet mignon with truffled beet purée, glazed carrots, and chorizo demi glacé or
Roasted cod with lobster ravioli,  Provençal vegetables and saffron lobster sauce

Fourth Course
Chef Brian Merel’s dark chocolate molten cake, with spiced whipped cream
Spiced apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and cayenne caramel

Two person minimum is required. Three course menu available upon request. Dinner party requests with less than two weeks notice subject to a rush surcharge.
